I received an email after you closed yesterday (Friday) and you are not open today to return the vehicle since my lease ends today (Saturday). I leave tomorrow (Sunday) to fly out for business and will not return until March 2.
I will not be using the truck during that time frame.
Can someone please contact me to figure this out?
Somehow my file was lost until I made several inquiries on how to return this vehicle and it has been extremely frustrating with an extreme lack in any type of communication and customer service. I have been told not to worry about anything several times and yet Im now receiving a bill for $2,400 and Im sure youre going to try and increase that even more since it will past the date of the lease which is unacceptable.
