DM Auto Leasing's reply to:

DM Auto Leasing in Newark, Delaware - Overpriced and no customer service

I have leased several vehicles from car dealerships. I heard the ad on the radio promising the best monthly rates in the market, so id ecided to check them out. I was contacted right away by Misti and she seemed really nice. She was very to the point and I liked that from her. After talking a couple times she recommended a car that I was actually interested in. It was a 2013 model with 30k miles on it. She then proceded to quote me a price that I found ridiculous! The price she quoted was the same price I would pay for the exact same vehicle but a 2015 model and brand new 0miles straight out of the dealership. When I commented that I did not see any value on paying more for al older vehicle she said she would "shee what she can do" and get back to me. This was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from her. Saty clear of D&M, the prices are NOT the lowest in the market, more like the priciest for those who do not know anything about leasing....watch out! you can have a much better deal directly with a dealrship (And beware their NEGATIVE EQUITY spiel, in the end it comes down to how much you are paying per month and this is not a good deal).

DM Auto Leasing in Houston, Texas - DM - Worst Customer Service - thieves

BAD EXPERIENCE A while ago i was trying to lease a car. I was in contact with Matt Copper. As a first buyer I was really trying to get a good deal. I was very curious about each details and Matt tried to explain everything to me. But numbers were still to high. At the end I sent message to Matt that I was not interested any more. I had a way better deal from another company. He wanted explanation from me and wanted to convince me anyway to lease from DM. I had already set up appointment. He asked me to wait and he would contact with me shortly with deal similar to other company. He has never called me back and I was delaying other person because of that. I was fair to DM. I was responding to emails and he never called me back even with " I am sorry we cannot lease u a car with that price range ". I DO NOT RECOMMEND DM. PS: if i lease by myself i would pay about 100$ less monthly for a car. DONT BOTHER EVEN.

DM Auto Leasing in Addison, Texas - Old credit-score bait and switch. AGAIN

Yet another snake, at D&M, just like the other lease guys I've talked to. I asked four or five times for the guy to email us the figures on a lease that he swore was the absolute best deal. After trying (failing) to go around me, and *** my husband, he finally sent a half-*** email admitting he couldn't get the car for less than about $100 MORE than I could get it for myself. They use a roll-your-own credit scoring, to come up with a score that in our case was FORTY POINTS LOWER than Equifax, Experian and Transunion. Not even close to our actual FICO, just so he could try to tell us we don't qualify for the right lease. I knew he was lying from the beginning about paying off my lease. I talked to my leasing financier and she told me he never even called for a pay-off. Total waste of my time. All those happy people posting glowing reviews on you-know-who websites probably have no clue what their real scores are, or what kind of deal they could have gotten on their own if they had the time to research and do the deals themselves. With all the information at hand on the internet now, there's no excuse for not knowing your actual credit score. This is the second time I've been lead on a merry chase that ended with a b.s. credit score from the would-be leasing guy. Do it yourselves! Do your homework! Run from these sleazy middle-men who probably do well to make $40k a year!

DM Auto Leasing in Houston, Texas - Not Happy

Just bought a used truck from D&M. The truck is in great condition and was told that it was clean and everything was inspected and in showroom condition. Drove it for one day and the low tire pressure sensor came on. I figured that the cold weather caused the tires to deflate slightly. Went to three different tire companies and they all told me the same thing, these tires are very worn. I could continue to drive on them, but they discouraged it. I have a 15 month old son and I am very upset that they would sell me a car that they checked and most likely knew the tires were worn and old, but sold to me anyways. Was told that they sale the trucks as is and sales are final. I guess I got played for a fool. I emailed the GM, but no response. Thankfully the sensor went off or I might have been driving on bad tires for a while and risking my son's safety. I will never buy a vehicle from them again. I am also a teacher and you can bet with over 1,000 teachers and staff in my district I will be spreading the word.

DM Auto Leasing in Boulder, Colorado - Worst customer service ever!!!!

I contacted DM auto lease a week before Christmas to establish what vehicle I was looking for gave the lease agent to options on cars because I knew the first option would be hard to find for the right price . I have the leaae agent all of my information needed to make and start the transaction. We got off of the phone he stated that this was all that he needed and that he would get started after Christmas and I as a manager of a Walmart respected that this was a busy time of the year for the company DM auto lease. I received a phone call from the sales agent on the Saturday after Christmas with the agent asking if I was still interested in the vehicle and I established again that I was and what vehicles I was interested in.Why would I give out my address social security and personal information if I was not serious in doing business with this company. I was told at the end of the phone call on Saturday that he would call me back on Wednesday 01/02/2012. This phone call never happened instead I picked up the phone and called him right at 5pm the office closes at 6pm his first statement was glad you called and we spoke about the same things I talked about when I initially called DM auto lease he than told me he would call me right back as he just thought about something yet that call back never happens . If I'm not your target customer let me know however I was drawn to this company by your great reviews.

DM Auto Leasing in Alamogordo, New Mexico - Sold f250 with blown headgasket on motor

D&M leasing sold me a vehical they claimed was checked out and had no problems. 150 miles from Dallas truck broke down. FORD dealers in Amarillo and Albuquerque said blown gasket was preexisting condition. Cost to repair -$6700 plus tax. D&M Leasing and their drivetrain warranty Co. Gulfstream refused to pay any part of repair and and D&M refused to take truck back. These people pushed the warranty as a way to protect buyer. However, the Gulfstream warranty Co. Refused to pay for repairs. Don't rely on their warranty or their verbal promises. Texas has no laws protecting purchasers of older used vehicals.

DM Auto Leasing in Dallas, Texas - D&M Leasing not honest

Leased a 2009 Honda Pilot and a week into the lease we had a low tire. Took it to tire place and tire was so cupped they refused to fix it. Tires were intentionally rotated to inside so unless you crawled under the car, it would not show. All 4 tires were removed to show they were so badly cupped, they were not safe. Our sales person was wonderful but D&M was not. It is 2 months later. We got reimbursed for 1 tire and are supposed to receive check for 1 more, but we are stuck with other 2. Never will deal them them in the future.

DM Auto Leasing in Plano, Texas - D&M Leasing misleads customers

D&M Auto Leasing in Dallas misleads customers. Commits to paying off end of lease expenses, but does not follow-through on commitments. I was told they would pay off my final payments and all wear and tear. Over 8 months later, and several promises to pay, they still have not paid. Even a letter from my attorney indicating they are violating consumer laws, have not paid US Bank their money. At least at this point, US Bank has not allowed them to close other lease agreements. Micah Torres with D&M Auto Leasing's addison office is the rat you do not want to deal with.
